Just wanted to tell you that everything went well and my wife and I arrived at Exeter, NH Hospital. Your Flight Crew was excellent. We could not have asked for more professional and friendly care. If there is any way you could pass on my appreciation to them and all the other people at your company that helped, we would be thankful!

Until you get in the position that we were in, you don't realize how good a friendly voice from the states with the commitment to help can be. A special thank you to you and Pat for making the arrangements and never taking no for an answer.

I'm sorry to have taken so long to send this email but it's been a little hectic with Phyllis' arrival and family arriving to see her.

I just wanted you to know how much I appreciate your personal attention to my mother-in-law's transport.  I'm sure you know how unusual it is these days in any profession for someone to make the extra effort to deliver on their product or service.  You were a pleasure to do business with and though we never met I felt confident in your representations of the service you provided.  Your knowledge, wit and social skills are unfortunately becoming a rare commodity.

In spite of the circumstances my wife and Vicky have not stopped talking about how pleasant the trip was and specifically the courtesy, consideration and professionalism demonstrated by your crew.  More importantly, I'm told Phyllis was happy and apparently upbeat thanks to the superior efforts of your crew.

I wanted to ask you to please express my personal thanks to the nurse, Becky (sorry I don't have her last name) and to the EMT, Kevin, as well.  Becky made it clear to Elizabeth that you specifically requested the "A" team and I think that designation is well deserved.  You should know that my wife and Vicky described Becky as a "take charge" kind of person and from what I've heard I'd love to have Becky working with me on any project.  Becky demonstrated the ability to be both very caring and considerate of my mother-in-law and very assertive when she needed to be.

Again, please express my appreciation to your crew.  I would highly recommend your company to anyone.  Your personality and professionalism in combination with the courtesy and superior capabilities demonstrated by your crew are a primary reason for your company's success.  I'm sure this isn't the first nor will it be the last communication in which those sentiments are expressed.

Hi Dave:

I'm sure you thought you'd never hear from me again but I'd be remiss if I didn't send you a quick note to let you know how my dad is doing and the role our family feels your company played in his recovery.

Since returning to Michigan my dad has made amazing progress, nothing short of miraculous.  In just 24 days he was moved from the long-term care facility where your company delivered him to the rehab floor at Borgess Hospital in Kalamazoo.  We just found out today that he is being released from there and will be going home on Thursday.

We are grateful to you and your company for changing the pace of his care.  My father had received very poor care at Boswell but starting the morning that you picked him up and delivered him to Michigan he has been in great hands.  Our family knows that because of caring people like David and the crew that flew that day, my father is not only surviving but thriving.  David was very helpful in getting my father released from Boswell which turned out to be quite the task.  He was warm, friendly, and compassionate.  I was allowed and even encouraged to call your company while my father was in flight to check and make sure everything was going as planned.  Then David even called me to follow up after my dad was on the ground in Michigan.

This was a difficult time for my family and me but you all made it as pleasant as possible.  Thank you again for all of your kindness.
